Return, Cancellation & Refund

Return ÔÇô

a.       Art lovers can initiate the return within 7 days of the order delivery.

b.      All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

c.       The product amount will be credited back to his/her Bank Account, once we have received the products and quality check is done.

d.      To schedule a return, please fill in the Return Form which is available in the "Customer Service" section of your Account

e.       .If you choose to self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable courier service.

f.       Please ensure that the return is insured against damage. If we receive the art in a damaged condition, it would be difficult for us to process your refund. The address to send the art is :

a.       Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable

b.       In case of Quality issue of product, replacement and/ or refund are possible, please take a picture of the damage and email it to us at lakshmi@expressionsofindia.com for quick processing of refund

Cancellations ÔÇô

a.       Will be accepted if it is done BEFORE we ship the consignment from our end. Refunds will be processed through the same online mode in 10-15 days

b.      In case the cancellation is done AFTER we ship the product, the refund amount will have the shipping, packaging, delivery and any other charges (these charges will be communicated to the art lover, either by mail or phone) deducted
