India has an abundance of natural reserves ÔÇô flora, fauna, animal and bird species. Indian art has portrayed this abundance in their local craft. Colours and textures are splashed all over that enhances the beauty of the art piece. Flower motifs are seen even in architecture and the Taj Mahal is a standing example of the flower power. Delicate and intricate floral designs are found all over the Taj Mahal and this design is commonly seen at the Taj. These flowers are often seen in clusters. The blue colour looks bright and the gold leaves around the motif highlights the delicate design. When the painting is placed against the light, the yellow / gold lines reflect. Originally, they were made using gold. This piece of art is designed on old documents which are available for sale in the markets. The back side has inscriptions in Urdu. These papers are either old Government papers or leaves from old scriptures.
