Lord Ganesha is seen with 4 hands and posed with his leg lifted. His upper left hand holds an axe, right holds a noose and lower left holds a broken piece of his own trunk. The snake, named Vasuki, is tied to his stomach and he is considered as the large bellied God. He is adorned with jewellery from his crown to his anklets and near his feet lie his ever faithful vehicle, the Mouse or Mooshik. He is seen dancing on a lotus flower.
